Over the past decade, I’ve helped international companies expand into Latin America, building a reputation as a trusted Payment Specialist.

I’ve had payment-related conversations with companies like Viacom, Blizzard, Airbnb, Roku, Netflix, Booking.com, Fiverr, Tinder, Sony PlayStation, Pay My Tuition, Flywire, Expedia.com and many others. Some became clients. Others didn’t. But every conversation taught me something I still use today.

In the last five years, I’ve been part of the leadership and strategy teams at fast-scaling payment companies across the region.

At PrimeiroPay, I launched the company’s operation in San Francisco and led Sales until its acquisition by dLocal. There, I focused on driving revenue and expanding the business. I helped design merchant-facing features and forged partnerships with top-tier companies like Adyen, Stripe, Ingenico (now Worldline), and ACI/PayOn, making sure our solutions fit markets like Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, and Chile.

After the acquisition, I joined dLocal as Sales Strategy Manager. My job: ensure a smooth migration of PrimeiroPay’s merchants into dLocal’s ecosystem. I worked side-by-side with Sales, Legal, Operations, Tax, and Product. Once the transition was complete, I supported the Account Management team to keep things running smoothly.

Today, I lead Strategic Partnerships for Latin America at PPRO. My focus is to expand our reach across the region by building strong relationships with acquirers, PSPs, wallets, and local payment providers. I’m deeply involved in pricing negotiations, partner performance, compliance, and integrating new technologies to support our growth.

I spend a lot of time navigating complex markets and regulations, evaluating partners, running due diligence, and helping design scalable, compliant solutions that enable our clients to go further in Latin America.

What drives me is solving problems at the intersection of business, tech, and regulation. Whether it’s building redundancy plans, improving approval rates, or structuring partnerships that unlock new volumes, I’m all in.
